• Every piece is made-to-order to your specifications.
• Production time is 1–3 weeks, depending on design complexity. If we require extra time, we’ll notify you via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
• Once placed, orders cannot be canceled. Any exception is at our sole discretion.
3. Pricing & Modifications
• Prices appear in your local currency and may change without notice.
• We reserve the right to introduce new products, features, or tools at any time. All updates will be governed by the latest Terms.

4. Shipping & Delivery
• Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).
• We ship via FedEx, Dpex, Aramex, USPS, or India Post—whichever is most efficient for you.
• Transit time is typically 7–14 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive tracking details from our customer service team.
• Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including PIN code.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
• All pieces are bespoke and custom-made. Refunds are not available.
• Exchanges are granted only under exceptional circumstances and at management’s discretion.

• We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion to prevent fraud or abuse. Limits may apply per person, household, account, credit card, or shipping address.
