Each piece of our jewelry is handcrafted to match your individual specifications and requests.
Production Time: 1–3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design. If extra time is needed, our team will contact you via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
Please Note: Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of the Kuntal Jewels management team.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Shipping is handled by trusted partners: FedEx, Dpex, Aramex, USPS, and India Post—whichever best suits your location.
Once your order is dispatched, our customer service team will share your tracking details.
Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days.
To ensure timely delivery, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including your area pin code.
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
As each piece is made-to-order and fully customized, refunds are not available. We appreciate your understanding and support for bespoke craftsmanship.
